NZKF Website Relaunch
The NZKF's new website launched this week! In this article, I’d like to let you know how your dojo can benefit from it, and to acknowledge the folks who helped get it over the line.

In summary, at launch we have the following features you can contribute to and benefit from.
Events Promotion
Got a beginners course, public demo or other event coming up?
We can feature your event prominently on the homepage calendar and the Events section
As an added benefit, your events will be automatically picked up by Google, other search engines and chatbots such as ChatGPT.
News
Anything awesome going on at your dojo that you'd like to share with the NZ Budo community?
We can feature your news on the homepage and News section, and direct visitors to your websites and social media to learn more.
Find a Dojo Index
The Find a Dojo feature has received a facelift to make it easier for Kiwi to find a dojo in their local area, and to make it easier for automated tools like Google to pick up this information and return it in search results.
The content is based on what was on the old site. Now's a good time to check the information that's there for your Dojo, and let us know if you'd like to refresh anything.
Images
The content of the About pages for each Budo is reliant on the generosity of our community for images that show everything the Budo has to offer.
The Iaido community in particular have been really proactive here, and the pictures there are gorgeous. Thank you, friends!
If you have awesome, high quality pictures from events or your keiko that you'd like to contribute, please reach out any time.
