Are there any significant differences between Kendo and Kumdo except for the terminologies? Because the closest club to me is the Dae Han Mudo Kwan club, which states that it teaches Kumdo. I just want to be informed.

Hi

I am Walt, I am training in Dae han Mudo Kwan.


I dunno if this is would be a late reply, but

Kendo and Kumdo is a basically the same thing..

Also Dae Han Mudo Kwan is the club verified with

New Zealand Kendo Federation.
